  I don’t usually leave reviews, but tonight really pushed me to say something... I ended up refunding my order because of how I was treated by a manager, Crystal. I had just left the hospital after my aunt suffered a stroke, and all I wanted was to grab something small and easy to eat. I ordered a couple packs of the mini empanadas and was told they didn’t have enough ready and would need to make more— which was completely fine, BTW. I’ve worked in pharmacy, food service, and multiple customer service roles, so I fully understand how things go and I’m always patient and respectful, I don't at all mind waiting.. The issue is the attitude. Crystal is consistently rude every time I’ve come through, and tonight was no different. I’ll be honest, I was already having a rough night, but that’s exactly why kindness matters.. You never know what someone is going through, and there’s just no reason to speak to people the way she does when they’re being polite.. I wasn't asking anything crazy, I just wanted to order, and to be respected as a customer should. We come here often because there aren’t many options around, but at this point it’s just not worth it. Basic customer service and human decency should be the standard, not the exception...

  Went to drive thru today, I noticed that my total seemed to be too even if that makes sense, So when I got to the window I looked at my receipt as Petty as this may sound it's the principle, once I noticed the Roundup I asked the cashier like hey, did you round my order up or something, she looks at me and says oh I'm sorry we don't have pennies so I couldn't give you your $0.04, I asked her well. Do you have a nickel, she then turns around and says that will make by drawer short, So you telling me you can take and up around my order by $0.04 without even telling me nor asking me but you can't take a $0.01 drawer shortage, I am very confused here. You have a million dollar industry who's taking $0.03-4 cents poor order daily, But Lord forbid you come up one penny short out of an order. The food was good, but just because of the principal values here I would not be visiting this place no more
