  I had gotten a fish fallet that was absolutely scorched and had no tartar sauce at all. The soda was flat. Just a negative experience. My brother also had a bad experience

  if i could give 0 stars, i would. the food is never prepared in a timely manner, the customer service is TERRIBLE. the manager, lisa, said that she wouldn’t serve us because we said ONE cuss word, not even towards her just cussing at the situation. we ordered breakfast online at 10:20 then arrived to the store at 11. they wouldn’t serve us because we didn’t arrive before 10:30. idgaf if your breakfast is over at 10:30, make our food when we order it! ESPECIALLY since we already paid for it. Lisa, you are a manger of YOUR employees, not a manager of your customers. we’re allowed to cuss, ur not. bye.

  Please God dude I don't know if their second drive through is broken but they almost never take your order through the second one and it's frustrating. Please put cones up blocking it off if you don't want to deal with it at the very least.

  Sat at the second drive through ordering screen for around 15 min worker said “can I take you order” then switched to first window took their order and never answered me again after we yelled “Hello” at least 4 times waited another 5 minutes then drove to first window waited another 5 minutes then we gave up and drove to Arbys, overall foods usually good but customer service is poor

  This place deserves 0 🌟. How awful you wait in line for 20 mins to then get pulled to wait 15 more minutes for cold food that they said they were waiting on. Mind you there was only 1 car ahead of me when I pulled in the lane, they proceeded to take 3 cars orders in a row in the other lane. They should have been going back & forth. Asked for a receipt & never received it go figure. Frozen cokes melted to liquid before we even left the premises after waiting so long. I would have went inside & complained but I realize now a days it does absolutely no good. Excuses of being short staffed is ridiculous, just shut the place down if your workers are that incompetent. I've worked fast food myself & there is no excuse for such awful service.
