  This has to be the worst Taco Bell in the country. Avoid at all costs. Ordered through the Taco Bell app for delivery, waited 45 minutes and received the wrong order. Tried to contact the delivery driver, no answer. Tried to contact the store directly, also no answer. So I drove over to see if they could remake my food and give me the correct order. Waited 30+ minutes in the drive thru just for them to tell me to contact Door Dash and have them resend a new order.. Didn't offer a refund or even give me the food that I had paid for even though I gave them the exact order# that they could look up. Terrible experience. Do NOT go here. Zero stars.

  The staff was chatty and unhelpful. They grouped together talking about 10ft away from the counter watching and refused to help and annoyed when asked to. Disappointing, expensive and sloppy overpriced food. Served with distain.

  Food was good service was decent. The only complaint I have applies to every taco bell. STOP PUTTING THE DAMN SOUR CREAM ON ONE END. Its not that damn difficult.

  We have made the choice to give up on Taco Bell after multiple issues at multiple different locations. At the Delaware store, we walked in and were greeted to an empty counter. After realizing we had to use the kiosks, I placed an order for a combo. The kiosk would not allow us to select our drink type. Thinking the kiosk was was not operating correctly, we moved to a second one that was doing the same thing.. We then went to the counter and explained the issue and were told, they were out of drinks. It is inexcusable to not notify customers immediately. This was our last time visiting Taco Bell, or any of the Yum Brand restaurants... They are just not worth the inconsistency and aggravation.

  I would actually rate this a big fat 0 if the option was there. Wait time was probably 15 minutes, every table needed cleaned off, my Mt.dew was bad so I asked if they had any more and was told no. They said they didn’t have anymore and to pick a different kind of drink. I didn’t want anything else as Mt.dew is some of why I choose to eat here. The back where they prepare the food was filthy and then every employee decided to meet up at the front counter and BS around. It was 1:00 and they were not that busy but I will never go to this Taco Bell again! I just hope my family doesn’t get sick after being at this place! Probably time for new management!
