  I ordered on the app, picked up my food in the drive thru. I ordered 3 happy meals, filet o fish, and an arch burger. When I arrived home 2 of the 3 happy meals were missing the toys, which makes for a good time with kids. My wife's filet o fish had a large curly hair baked in it.

  I got a large Big Mac meal and 6 nuggets at around 8:30 pm 2/28/26. I had not very many fry’s which is very disappointing because it’s the best part

  I got the 2 fish for $6 and the buns were so dried out and tuff I could not eat them. Seems they were yesterday's that was steamed too many times. I sent in complaint online and have not heard back. I would have to say that this was the 1st time going thru drive thru that the food was not eatable, it has been wrong, cold, slow but never not eatable. I was 3 miles away when I opened it and could not return. As far as customer experience I know you never hear the good, and many times it is good, but this time you as owner, manager or company needed to know so that you can correct your quality control. I contacted Corporate and they said the store would be contacting me, tomorrow will be 1 week since you took my money and I had to throw out the meal.
