- RHRobin Haserodt6 days ago1.0We have had numerous issues at this location, and despite submitting complaints, both in person and through the website we get no response and nothing is fixed. We literally just complained online the other day regarding missing French fries (we got the one fry ordering individually but the ones that came with the meals were missing) and then for breakfast this morning the same thing, we got one hash brown ordered as a separate item, but the two meal deals didn't get hash browns. When I stopped the person, who had originally forgotten our drinks that I had to ask for, he brought me a bag with one additional hash brown instead of two I that I told him we were missing and then walked away from the window before I could stop him. I ended up having to park the car and go in and ask for a manager and explained again these issues. She did give me the additional hash brown at that point but shugged her shoulders when I said this has become a repeated issue at this location. Items are frequently wrong, or cooked wrong such as the quarter pounder that was multiple times served medium rare to the point where we just stopped ordering them. Between that and always missing items we would just stop eating at McDonald's but for a picky child that requests it frequently. It's also something that we can grab quickly and easily when we're we're heading to activities, and it's neither quick nor easy to stop the car and have to go through the bag for missing or wrong items.Also at the price point nowadays that is nearing a sit down restaurant I don't think it's asking too much for them to do better.
