  Incredible food on top of amazing staff. All of the young ladies working were very helpful and quick to make my items. Very pleased.

  I stopped by tropical smoothie cafe today as i’ve never had it before. I ordered a strawberry banana smoothie and a flat bread. The food and the smoothie were amazing but I do have one thing to say about the employees at this location. I noticed a young lady with blonde hair, in a black hoodie and a pair of shorts. I didn’t even noticed she was an employee because of the fact she was sitting on the floor, not in uniform nor could I see her name tag. Not only was she on her phone the entire time, she seemed very annoyed with me and I felt as if I was unwelcome. Other than that, the store was very clean and my items were handed to me in a very timely manner.

  Always ordered from the drive thru, but the young people who work here are very friendly and quick as possible with preparing the smoothies and food. I’ve never had my order wrong, they scan my app and let me pay a different way. The food is prepared correctly and the substitutions are always right.

  First time customer and probably won't be back! Customer service was horrible unfortunately. Only car in the line and had to wait to place my order. Told her I had two separate orders get up to pay and the girl charges one card for both orders. She did apologize but I said I had separate orders three times. She hands me our drinks and doesn't say a word...not have a good day or thanks for stopping. Smoothie was ok but only offer one size which in my opinion is enough for two people. Unfortunately, bad customer service was not a good first impression of this business.
