After a long stressful day, trying to get a simple taco shouldnt be difficult but routinely i have had to wait 20+min in line both inside and in the drive through. Its difficult to want to give thid business my time and money when I have to wait almost a half hour for 1 taco. This shop is in a good location but desperately needs whatever will make the lines go down quicker.

Today we got into the Taco Bell line at 6:50 pm and got out at 7:42 with NO FOOD! The drive thru mic didn’t pick up what was said and by time we made it to the window they told us they couldn’t take a window order. Biggest upset besides the lack of chicken quesadilla in my mouth is the abhorrent parking lot that makes it impossible to leave the drive through after realizing the horrible mistake you’ve made.
Went to Wendy’s afterwards and staff there told us basically everyone walked out from Taco Bell a few weeks ago. I don’t know what management did to piss off their staff but they need to get it together. Pay your staff? Accept time off requests? Just talk nicely and be understanding? The poor 2 people running that kitchen they deserve the biggest bonus for working through all of this.
Until management can treat their staff well enough to actually keep a crew avoid this place and especially the dive through. Don’t get stuck

The drive through line always takes FOREVER. I don't know if they're just short staffed or what, but under no circumstances should it take 30 minutes to get food when there's 4 cars in the drive through line

Ordered $40 worth of food for pickup on the mobile app while online the store is listed as OPEN, and got there to find the store closed with no notification at all so now I am out $40 with no further recourse. I have reached out to customer service multiple times and have yet to receive any response. Honestly worst Taco Bell I have been to in this state. Seriously choose another one if this one is closest to you-seriously doubt you’ll get your food.
