I tried to order a chai latte, but their latte machine was out of order, so they couldn’t make any lattes at all. The only thing I really think they should improve is calling out orders. I waited about 10 minutes and didn’t realize my food had been sitting there ready. This has happened to me at other Panera locations too, and it feels a bit unorganized. Overall, the food is fine and the place is nice, but they definitely need to improve how they notify customers when orders are ready.
