  Ordered two steak and a cheese bagel and McMuffin. No sauce, no cheese, no onion???? I see why you have two stars why are you telling your employees to give out the bar minimum to max your profits? You’re disgusting owner

  All I get every morning is a tea but there is the same lady working the window every morning that gives me the tea she is greets me by name every morning. That is awesome customer service she's super friendly and does the best she can with what she's given. People like her deserve to be recognized

  Anyone who has given a 5 star is certainly lying or bribed to. This location takes wayyyy to long on simple orders. I was pulled off to the side as well as 3 other cars, and they brought others their food as I sat there for a good 15 minutes. The girl who took my order in the drive thru came out and sat on the curb eating her food on a "break". When I asked what was happening, she said we are short people sorry I'm on break. So I went in the store and waited patiently at the desk and no one came out to even see what I needed until someone finally poked their head around the corner about 10 minutes later and told the person in the back to make my order that I had already been waiting over 30 minutes for. This is just a poor managed store and their employees are hanging on a whim. I went back one other time and as soon as I heard the attitude on the speaker I just drove off.

  First of all, I am old school....i am talking Old Boomer old school. I prefer to enter into the store and order and pick up my food there. But my wife thinks nothing beats the drive through. But today, I let my poor judgement get the better of me. Now, insofar as Mickey D goes, their food is fine. Frankly, nothing beats the double cheeseburger. But today, I decided to go with the double burger. Two of them plus some nuggets and other stuff. I made it so clear at the window that I wanted Double hamburger. The lady on the intercom first said "Double Cheeseburger?" and I said "NO, double Hamburger" and she said "Oh I see it here. 2 double hamburgers". Perfect. Now, out here in Delaware County you are not close to anything. So I drove the 9 miles back home and wouldn't you know it...two plain single patty hamburgers that I paid nearly 3 dollars each for. I was so pissed off. From now on, I will open the bag in the car and inspect the crap then and there and I could care less if there are cars waiting behind me or not. Damn, I almost drove back, but better revenge can be gotten without wasting time and gasoline.
