  First of all, I am old school....i am talking Old Boomer old school. I prefer to enter into the store and order and pick up my food there. But my wife thinks nothing beats the drive through. But today, I let my poor judgement get the better of me. Now, insofar as Mickey D goes, their food is fine. Frankly, nothing beats the double cheeseburger. But today, I decided to go with the double burger. Two of them plus some nuggets and other stuff. I made it so clear at the window that I wanted Double hamburger. The lady on the intercom first said "Double Cheeseburger?" and I said "NO, double Hamburger" and she said "Oh I see it here. 2 double hamburgers". Perfect. Now, out here in Delaware County you are not close to anything. So I drove the 9 miles back home and wouldn't you know it...two plain single patty hamburgers that I paid nearly 3 dollars each for. I was so pissed off. From now on, I will open the bag in the car and inspect the crap then and there and I could care less if there are cars waiting behind me or not. Damn, I almost drove back, but better revenge can be gotten without wasting time and gasoline.

  Great experience. Friendly employees. Service was slow but that is due to ordering 3 quarter pounders. They put them on the grill as soon as ordered. Fry's were amazing. Am looking forward to my next visit

  They short changed me with not giving me back the penny but they sure want there money to be correct??? They think that they know their crap they sure would flunk math and as far as the star system goes i wouldn't have given them any they think that they're going to be getting away with not giving back the correct change well we'll see about it tomorrow when i call columbus ohio headquarters and give them an earful?

  They take forever to greet you and take your order. I don’t know what they’re doing in there, but it’s not helping customers. The other two stores in Delaware are so much better. Plus they mess up orders.

  Employees arguing and yelling, in the back, not one person has come to the counter in the 1/2 hour so far that I have been waiting for my order. They clearly need more employees and a redesigned restaurant. No one to talk to for a refund. You might have a chance of getting service in the drive through, this is all they care about. Update: After close to 40 minutes someone came out and took care of filling the order.
