I got the 2 fish for $6 and the buns were so dried out and tuff I could not eat them. Seems they were yesterday's that was steamed too many times. I sent in complaint online and have not heard back. I would have to say that this was the 1st time going thru drive thru that the food was not eatable, it has been wrong, cold, slow but never not eatable. I was 3 miles away when I opened it and could not return. As far as customer experience I know you never hear the good, and many times it is good, but this time you as owner, manager or company needed to know so that you can correct your quality control.

I forget her name! But the woman who helped me, has been there 30 years. She showed a patience, a kindness that is very rare in todays world. I truly hate that i cannot remember your name, but thank you so much. Ppl like you restore my faith in humanity, in a time where we need ppl like you the most !!!
