ordered 4 subs. 3 no. 7 toasted and a chicken bacon ranch with no lettuce. Reminded giro again when they started making the order not to put lettuce on the chicken bacon ranch. Not a big deal. Got home and all 4 subs had lettuce. Also, they forgot to put the pickles in the bag. Subs were good, but please get the orders right.

Have yet to receive my food. When I called and asked where my food was I was told they don’t even have a driver and the third party was having issues… then I was hung up on.. great customer service… I paid 20 dollars including tip. Only to call again and be told it still hasn’t even left the store. Thanks jimmy johns.

I ordered a sub and they gave me a “ultimate Italian” on sliced hard wheat bread that you would get at the dollar store. All employees are teenagers and did not care at all. The customer after me asked for wheat, and they asked her if she was ok with the sliced bread. She said no way. They didn’t ask me. If I could give negative stars I would .
