The pie we received must have been sitting around when someone ordered and didn't pick it up? Needless to say I won't be back. So I guess the service really wasn't all that good!

He was so quick and helpful, he made sure EVERYONE in the lobby was being greeted, helped, and overall taken care of. He made sure to ask the questions customers forget, “Any sauce with that?” “You got plates & Napkins?” “Are you a rewards member? We can get you points for this purchase!!” It was an amazing experience that really helps a stressful holiday feel better. Thank you for amazing customer service!! Forever a donatos fan!
