I asked kindly for new ranch that wasn’t melted and the employee with a snarky attitude said yeah! you’ll just have to give me the old ones back! i gave them back to her gladly since she wanted to be rude about it. i’m lucky i was even able to pick up the cups because they were so melted and getting everywhere. this location needs to comprehend hot and plastic don’t go well together in a box. get it together and don’t blame your customers for your mistakes. bad service, and if i had not checked the boxes because i knew the location always does this then i would have went home with ranch and plastic melted all together in my food. how appetizing.
