I asked kindly for new ranch that wasn’t melted and the employee with a snarky attitude said yeah! you’ll just have to give me the old ones back! i gave them back to her gladly since she wanted to be rude about it. i’m lucky i was even able to pick up the cups because they were so melted and getting everywhere. this location needs to comprehend hot and plastic don’t go well together in a box. get it together and don’t blame your customers for your mistakes. bad service, and if i had not checked the boxes because i knew the location always does this then i would have went home with ranch and plastic melted all together in my food. how appetizing.

The chicken strips were hot (not spicy, very hot), and I had to drink something cool to cool down my mouth with each bite I ate. I like hot food, and usually, food is half as hot as it is here. Some fries were less than lackluster, but I used the barbecue sauce to liven them up. They also had a piece of bread and butter. That was a nice touch. I decided to drink a Butterfinger Blizzard for my beverage. It was delicious as I expected. The service was quick when I arrived. By the time I finished my order, two people were behind me. I stopped by around 5:15 pm. I did not use the restroom on this trip.
