  We go to the Delaware location once a week. The food is great, and the dining area is always clean. Emily always greets us with a smile. Great service!

  Bojangles is typically my favorite Fried Chicken however not here! I don't understand why they're opening up these new stores like they did in Delaware, that aren't full Bojangles. No bone-in fried chicken and missing some of the sides like a regular Bojangles. This is chicken tenders and chicken biscuit sandwiches. Very very disappointing. I will not be in a Bojangles again until I get out of the state of Ohio and it's a full Bojangles! Skipping out on most the menu is just stupid. Call the restaurant by a different name.

  I’m a longtime Bojangles customer and was so excited to hear that they were opening a location near me! I went in and ordered a “Cheddar Bo”, something I’ve ordered at every location I’ve been to. The girl behind the counter had NO CLUE of what I was talking about. She snarkily said “like a biscuit with cheese on it ?” I told her yes, cheddar melted on the biscuit. When I sat down at the table I was shocked to find a cold biscuit with a cold piece of unmelted American cheese. When my husband went back up to question it the manager went to the back and another employee came back with our money back…short 8 cents!

  I grew up in North Carolina, so I love Bojangles. I always get it when I visit family back home. Now I don’t have to wait—I’m so glad to finally have one close to me in Ohio! I’ve already come here 4-5 times since they opened and the food is fantastic. I usually bring my boys with me and they love it too! What’s more, the team members are awesome and so friendly. Emily has been especially kind to our family and it is wonderful to see a familiar face each time we order our food. Thank you, Emily, and thank you Bojangles Delaware for becoming my new favorite spot to eat!

  Could be better...it ain't like the ones down south. My husband was raised in Tennessee. He said it's close to the one down there but not quite. The biscuits and gravy he had to add pepper. It was good other than that. The chicken was moist and tender. They don't have bone in chicken. The coleslaw was decent. Kfc is still #1 in my book. The baked Mac and cheese was dull in flavor. The fries were delicious and seasoned perfectly. Buscuits were fresh out of the oven. They even have a window to show the people the making of the biscuits. My husband said alot of the food was lacking flavor and seasoning like they make it down south. It was a nice treat though.
