One of them got a notice about a drive thru customer and immediately took their order. I stood there for 5 minutes not being acknowledged in any manner. This is not the first time I have had a bad experience at this location, but it was definitely my last.

Finally, after several knocking attempts, some teenager came to the door with attitude “what do you want?” “are you guys open? It's not close to closing time” “You need to go through the drive thru”. There's no sign on the door saying the dining room was closed and when I asked about that, the kid said “oh we've just been coming to the door to tell people” ummmm no you haven't been? Cause I've been standing out here for 5 minutes and y'all were just staring at me. I wonder if the GM knows they are closing the dining room before close. That would have been unheard of when I was working in fast food. Heads would roll and jobs would be lost. I can't imagine this place being welcoming to anyone, so I'm not surprised at the 1.5 rating. How embarrassing for them. 😬

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
