- CCColleen Chaney3 days ago1.0I would actually give them a negative number.I ordered a pizza over the phone on sunday.It was never delivered.So I called.She hung up on me but told me to call grub hub.I have no idea why I would call them.So I didnt.But I did call customer service.The number that is posted on line.I have called every day for 6 days.No resolution.She told me to call the store.So I did.Again she hung up on me.I have never had such poor service.They told me I would get a refund.I called my bank its not there.I guess its the manager of the local store that keeps hanging up on me.Im not really sure.I spent 35$ on that pizza.They had no problem taking the money.Meanwhile Im still waiting on that refund

I called them to cancel my order and they were gracious enough to deliver it for me instead. Thats what I call excellent business etiquette and a good heart!
