- JGJalen GentitSep 20, 20251.0Today I came to get a smoothie and meal and placed an online order at 11:24 I got here at 11:45 and there are three cars in the drive thru so I go straight to the box and I’m INSTANTLY met with you need to come inside we’re too busy to do drive thru. I let them know I’m there for an online order and she says “I don’t care, you need to come inside to get it” I explained how I have two sleeping children in my car and ask if there going to bring it out to me then and then she gives the LARGEST annoyed sigh she could give and tell me whatever just go through the drive through you’ll have to wait to receive your order until you tell us at the window and we can start making it. Then when I got to the window they didn’t even acknowledge me for another 5 minutes even though they saw me several times. This isn’t the first bad experience I’ve had with this female manager but it’ll surly be the last at this location. If you have no ability to be kind to customers then you shouldn’t work in the customer service industry. I did nothing to be treated so poorly and yet I was met with unkindness and deliberately treated bad.
