- CMChris MilesDec 31, 20253.0Since the East Second Street location has been remodeled, inside service has gotten terrible. The new design seems to cater to the drive-thru and online orders. Trying get get counter service is near impossible. The workers either glance at you then look away or just plain avoid you. The drink machine is in the back now so getting staff attention for a refill is a chore. You're better off placing a mobile order for a new drink. When ordering on the mobile app for table service I have yet had the food brought to the table, they just place it in the pickup window. I pointed out that the order is for table service and they tell me "we don't do that unless you use a table tent." I even showed the receipt that shows table service with the table number on it. If they plan on avoiding dine in customers it would be nice if there was a system in place for a call light or way to signal staff the front counter needs help. Standing at the counter with an empty drink cup and eye contact doesn't do the trick.
