  So today is January 4th 2026, and it's 9:50 pm... i just finished eating there and i've never had such a bad experience in my life.At any restaurant and i'm even comparing this to dive bars....!!! I was seated what's my friend. And the wagers comes over and takes our order. She brings me my beverage with no straw.And I had to ask her to get one. Then, when my food came, my wings were cold as ice. The cheese sauce had a film over it. I asked for some salt, and she she said no... then, pause for a second and said, just a minute... then, I go to start eating my food, and I had no silverware, then she brings me out a fork. Nothing else, no knife no spoon, no napkins. I asked my friend what time they closed when they didn't know.So I looked it up, and it said 11pm. Then, I asked for a box before my food, cardboard, I was gonna have to heat it up when I got home. And she brought me out the smallest box possible.And I couldn't put the rest of my food in it. Then, she had the audacity to ask me if I wanted my change back. 🤬🤬🤬 So then I proceed to go the counter and asked somebody for a bag. And stood there for almost ten minutes. I got tired of waiting and walked around the corner to where there's an access to the kitchen area and waved... the blue haired girl said I'll be there in a minute....!!! Very rudely...!!! I said just forget it and walked out. The owner Brad Mangus should be ashamed and embarrassed to have this restaurant to be ran like this..... I'LL NEVER BE BACK AND THAT INCLUDEA MY FRIENDS...!!!

  Chelsea is phenomenal, attentive, and friendly. However, she is the exception. Service is consistently behind time, ignoring tables, making people wait for drinks, refills, napkins, silverware, and checks. We never get checked on while waiting for food, and the food often takes much longer than industry standard to arrive. Half the table's order is cold and/or poorly put together. On top of that, our pickup order today was 10 minutes late.

  We placed an order at 2:40 pm for take out to be picked up at 6:30-6:40 pm we waiting an hour they had boxes stacked in the kitchen waiting to be bagged and the workers were just walking around and doing nothing. When we received our food it was cold so we have no clue how long it was sitting there. While waiting a customer was on the phone and one of the workers started to listen in on his phone call and started to talk back to him. The same customer was going to take a picture of the boxes that were stacked and one of the workers started to go back and forth with him and was being very unprofessional.

  Really nice, clean, spacious Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant. There were small TVs at the booth - it was awesome!

  Wings are almost always sauceless even when you ask for extra wet wings. Nothing worse than ordering a sauced wing and getting nothing more than a glorified chicken nugget.
