  Service was great sadly the only thing that was edible was the curly fries. I got a roast beef sandwich (double) the meat was extremely dry and hard. Think I'll be taking a break from going here for awhile.

  To be fair it was busy in the drive thru and it looked as if there was only two people working. I'm pretty sure the woman at the window not only had to take orders but she had to go make it as well. I seen the kid working the counter was busy and he probably had to make his own orders. I did get a messed up order. I didn't get my curly fries and I asked minus swiss plus white American cheese. I got cheddar cheese sauce but there was barely any cheese on the French dip. Everything went wrong. I tried to call to let them know they messed up my order but the phone gave me an out of service message. What's going on???

  Slowest Arby’s I have been to. 25 min sitting in the drive thru while we can hear the lady say everything over the speaker because she didn’t turn off her headset. If we had an option to leave we would but they make the drive thru to where you are stuck. Beyond ridiculous! We haven’t even ordered yet! But can’t get out because other people are behind us.

  Me and my fiancée decided to use a coupon that we have for 2 beef and cheddars, 2 fries, 2 drinks, a mozzarella stick, and 2 of their cobbler things for $16 (pretty good deal). We got our food, and all of it is cold and has very obviously been sitting. The beef on the burgers are rubbery. We warmed the fries in the microwave to make them decent as well as the mozzarella sticks. Not sure if the cobbler thing is supposed to be warm or not (this is my first time trying it) but it was also cold, still good but cold. Genuinely disappointed, usually Arby’s restaurants are good and don’t have problems like this.

  One of the worst Arby's experiences I've had. Waited 25 minutes from entry till my food was handed to me to go, the fries were cold and stale, and I was not given one of my order items. The only thing good was the sandwich. Not a place I'll ever go back to.
