  The pizza is always hot and delicious. They're always prompt and friendly. There's no dining area. Simply a delivery or pick up situation.

  Waited an hour for 1 small pizza just to pick off SEVERAL long strands of hair. I’m assuming it came from one of the MULTIPLE workers that weren’t wearing gloves, hair nets, hair wasn’t even tied back on most of the long hair workers. 2 of the workers were smoking on something upon my entrance, and quickly threw it the second I looked towards them. What a junky place, can’t believe this business stands in the city. Disgusting and unprofessional beyond belief.

  If I could give a zero across the board I would do negative zero. WORST place EVER. Staff and owner are the most unprofessional people I have ever seen. My son ordered pizza from here. He went in to pick up (after waiting a considerable amount of time). He handed them his card to pay, they ran the card and he left with his pizza. Fast forward awhile, my son was at the gym, the worker from Domino's called and told him they didn't charge his card correctly and only charged him $.99. He then asked my son to come back and pay for the pizza. My son said he didn't really want to as he was on the other side of town but agreed to drive back and pay. So he finished his workout and received another call right as he finished at the gym. The guy said, "Dude, it's getting late, you think you could come back and pay for this pizza?" My son told him he would be right there. Son gets there and the guy was at the window talking. My son said "Hey" The worker looked at him and turned back to the window and continued to talk. My son waited a bit and then said hey again. Totally ignored him. So I call up there (same night) and got a squirelly manager who then gave then phone to the delivery driver. Driver proceeded to tell me that if my son didn't come pay for the pizza it is considered theft. I said, "you're calling my son a thief over your mistake for not charging the correct price when he gave you his card to pay before he took his pizza?" I'll do you one better and I'll call and report this to Defiance PD myself. So I called and gave the officer my report of the incident and also advised the officer that my son paid when he picked up the pizza AND he went back to pay again AFTER they called him over their mistake and they ignored him after two attempts to get their attention while he was in their lobby. I told the officer I would be willing to pay for half but not the entire cost as it was their mistake not his. He attempted to do the right thing. I told the officer I would call the next day to speak with the General manager. As agreed, I called the next day and asked for the manager. I was told the manager was not in the store and they did not have a phone number but they could give me an email address. I took the email address and sent an email. The responses received back were accusations of my son being a thief and charges would be filed that very day if I did not pay in person or over the phone. Several times I requested a phone call to discuss. I was told that they would not be calling me and all communication would be written. All of this coming from someone who doesn't even have the decency to put their name on the email. It just so happened that my attorney had called me during this email exchange. I explained the situation to him and asked if it is theft. He explained to me that Ohio law defines theft as the "intent to deceive". He said since he presented his card at the time of purchase and then returned later to make right on their mistake, it most likely does not fall under the definition of theft. I then put that information into my email response and the response I received back told me to revisit ChatGPT. At that point, I stopped responding. I called the officer I had spoke with the night before and left him a voicemail regarding the days incidents and then forwarded the entire email chain to him. I spoke with him later that evening and was told that they did, in fact, make a report of theft against my son. He did advise that the report was made with another officer but he had forwarded all information to the officer who took their report. I've heard nothing since. If you choose to patronize this business, good luck. I'm taking this to their corporate as well. THE MOST HORRIBLE PLACE!!! And if my son was a thief, he would definitely have stolen something better than Domino's pizza.
