    Yesterday they gave us burgers with nothing but meat and cheese. I didn't order them that way. I went back today because they are the closest to our current job. Yesterday 4 biggie bag orders were crammed into 1 small bag, so today I asked if they could put each meal in it's own bag. The guy at the counter said he doesn't serve picky customers and wouldn't take my order. I went through the drive thru and he was happy to accommodate my request. Inside guy thinks he won, but I did. I got my order and today the made it correctly.

    If you hate your job, then quit. Don’t take it out on the people that also work late and are exhausted. Taking forever to make food is one thing - but just not putting the items I paid for in my bag, and when I come back, you tell me you CANT make it and just decided not to. That’s just a lot of aggression for zero reason other than you hate your job choice. Move on - stop punishing customers.

    Wendy's was on my good list but after last night I don't know what to say about Wendy's I ordered from the Wendy's app went through the drive-thru they were in the midst of shift change which I was told should only take 10 to 15 minutes but lasted an hour so I decided to leave and somehow Wendy's still process my order and did not refund my money

    The store takes forever to give u food. I had to wait 30 mins in the drive thru to get my food and that's not even in the peak time. The staff are just too lazy and unprofessional .

    Sometimes I come here with no issue. Usually I get an incompetent and arrogant attitude from someone who prefers arguing over what a mobile pickup window is rather than doing their job. This makes it unnecessarily difficult to conduct business here
