  Should change name of drive thru of pull up then pull to the side. If they took time to make the order they would nt have to walk it out came to the drive through to drive through not pull up & pull to the side. When employees are standing out back when I pull up they should have the order ready

  Worst Wendy’s in Ohio wokers never seem to know what is going on food is always wrong you could be the only car in the drive thru and order a drink an they will ask you to pull forward it’s ridiculous service is the worst

  Worst experience ever. Staff take to much long time. And they don’t have manners. Worst food ever. Take to much time for order preparation

  Went for lunch went inside and the grey haired lady was refusing a refund I guess something went wrong with his order but the lady didn't care. She was clearly frustrated and was being kinda rude to me too. Then when I order a frosty she huffed and puffed about the machine being down. Then she just watched these employees scrambling around around the kitchen yelling this and that. The store smelled like sewage. But you can't tell until after the first few minutes. it wasnt until the 15 minute mark I started to be able to distinctly smell the odor coming from the restrooms. Saw the girl set out a chocolate frosty for door dash after the last told me they didn't have any. Bacon fries and 2 biggie bags stuffed into one bag and given another big bag with just one baconator fry in it. No forks no napkins and the smell cost me my appetite might never eat Wendy's again

  The door was locked at 11 am. And told me to hold on, I assume to ask if it was okay to unlock it. There was a couple people in drive thru but I had my dog who barks so I left him and my husband in the car while I ordered. The girl who unlocked the door didn't acknowledge me once when we walked in as I was explaining my dog, just went around the counter and started making drinks. No one even looked at me for a good 3 mins. Then finally an older lady who I assume was the manager came from the back and started taking my order. SHE WAS SO RUDE. I asked for nuggets and she snapped "it's gonna be 3 minutes" I told her that's fine. I ask for 2 chocolate frosties and one junior vanilla, she refused to do the junior saying "we only give those out for kids meals." Which is untrue cause I always get my pup one. After, she said anything else and looked up at me for the first time through this whole encounter and I swear she rolled her eyes. She went back to the back and I went to the table. I sat there for probably 10 minutes until my husband texted me what was taking so long by this point I've been in there for almost 20 minutes. So I go up to the counter and stand there for another 3 or four minutes until the first girl "noticed" me I give her my whole order again and she looks at me goofy then calls to the guy to make my order and he says he already did but I guess it got handed out wrong. So I give them my order again 2 baconator meals and 3 orders of nuggets as they are making it the old lady comes back up mean mugs me and starts yelling at the other 2 right in front of me. They hand me my bag and I just walked out. It wasn't until I got home I realized they forgot my frosties. The burgers were dry and but the nuggets were fresh, the fries weren't as fresh but they were warm. I just chalked those frosties and that 30 mins up as a loss. Will never go to needmore Wendy's again
