Today is the last day I will ever eat at any tropical smoothie after I found not one, not two, but three black hairs in my chipotle chicken wrap. Mind you I have brown hair and everyone who was working had their hair out, uncovered, and not even put back with a ponytail. I did return to the store and got a refund but this is unacceptable and I think everyone should know it and see it!

Overall, less ideal for quiet conversations, as this location tends to be very busy and has the smallest seating capacity. Most customers prefer to take their orders to go. That said, the smoothies are great, and the atmosphere is casual if you choose to stay.
