Well… I was very pleased with the person taking the order and the cashier. Very friendly, fast and efficient. I found no fault there. The drinks were perfect even though they were all different orders. -No ice in some, all different sizes. I think the cashier was perfection. Now for the food: I ordered a 12 pack of tacos for my band with no lettuce. We burn a lot of calories and were extremely hungry during practice. It never occurred to me to check the tacos for other toppings… When I got back to practice I found 12 of these… (photoed) So the band ate these pseudo tacos that I’d paid $22 for and were still extremely hungry afterwards. I had to go get more food elsewhere when 3 tacos each should have been enough -with or without lettuce. Lesson learned: I’ll continue at Taco Bell for the drinks. The cashiers are wonderful, capable, and efficient. But for food it’s simply too expensive to ever take a chance on this happening again. Addendum: I’m a person who used to work at Taco Bell in the early 90’s. Back in the .59¢ crunchy tacos/$.89¢ bean burritos days. The meat measurement back then looked like a mini ice scoop and filled 1/3 of the taco shell, as did the cheese and lettuce. These tacos are currently around $3.00 each. You can see what we get now in the photo. By way of comparison, since I wasn’t sure if this is just what $3 yields these days, I went to a mom and pop taco truck who also had $3 tacos. As usual when I’m feeding my band I just got beef and cheese on corn tortillas. It’s a texture and food allergies thing. Many people in my band are on the spectrum, and others have food allergies, so certain things are just “safe” for all of us. Meat and cheese corn tortilla tacos are safe for everyone. The tacos from the mom and pop food truck were delicious and filling in spite of not having lettuce in them. I was full after eating only 2. So that begs the question of: Why can a mom and pop place afford to serve me a very filling steak and cheese taco for $3 each, while the multi billion dollar corporation can’t afford to make a ground beef taco remotely filling? I think it warrants investigation. I felt like one place just hated me for being hungry, and one place really wanted to feed me and my group. Taco Bell. I’ve been a customer for decades. You used to care. Even when the tacos costed only .59¢, three of them used to satisfy anyone. I understand, inflation. I get it. Tacos cost around $3 now everywhere; and that’s just how it is. My challenge to you is this: Can you go back to making them worth the money?

The food was so disheveled looking.I wasn't for sure what I was eating. I was absolutely so hungry from having waited over at the hospital for a friend at a doctor's appointment that against my own betterJudgment, I decided to try this place. I will never eat there again. I know the employees don't care but the service sucks was lied to about something I ordered not being available because it wasn't available until march tenth.Even though nothing on the menu said that. It was literally on the menu available. Just like everything else on the screen. I was very pleasant and at no time did I disrespect or speak loudly. I really didn't appreciate being lied to. People should take pride in their work.Regardless of where they work.

‘Treeana’ (who claimed to be a manager) was screaming at customers through the drive thru. Made the experience very unpleasant. I recommend avoiding this location until staff is trained in customer service or replaced.
