As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

- CBChadnjo BowlingApr 1, 20262.0This is the worst store when it comes to customer service!!!! We ordered online because it's supposed to be faster... well it isn't at this store. We showed up cause it said my order was done. There was NOBODY in the regular order line but 4 dashers in the online/dasher line side. So we went to the empty regular side because I was already informed my order was done and I'm not a dasher.. it was my own order. When we pulled up the speaker asked for my name and to pull up. The girl there looked at us and told us dashers HAD to go to the other side.. and not so nice attitude. We told them we weren't dasher and it's our order. She said we still had to go to the other side. We said but our order was done... she scrunched up her face and yelled at my husband and screamed "YOU STILL HAVE TO GO TO THE OTHER SIDE SIR""... we will be calling corporate in the morning cause the line on the other side never moved in the ten minutes we sat there... we couldn't wait any longer so we said screw what we paid for it and when we drive by they were standing around talking.. worst customer service ever or from anywhere!!

I have gone to plenty of rallys and I never had seen such rude workers. People choose to go to Rally's for the quality of the food and be treated well by the employees. My fries are cold my buns were stale, the flatbread sandwich was not made correctly. Normally I wouldn't condemn an entire company for one store but I don't think I will be visiting a Rally's anytime in the near future. Not until they can teach their employees some manners and how to treat a customer
