  Went to the window to order food and it wasn't how can I help you what do you want is what I got very rude and disrespectful was not happy with the employee customer service is horrible need a better people or more nicer manners if you don't like customers walking up to your windows then put a sign or window is closed do not be disrespectful to elderly or your customers at all

  When did AI take over the drive through ordering process. Not sure how I feel about talking to a computer program for my food, feels not natural. Food was ok and the staff working were polite, unfortunately I'm not a fan of computers taking my order with no visual read out for accuracy. Maybe invest in a digital screen to help with the worry of accuracy?

  I went through the drive thru for dinner. I was greeted by a robot order taker. My order ended up going smoothly. However, I had never been to Rally’s before and wanted to clarify some things about the food options before ordering. I was unable to ask in depth questions because it was literally a robot taking my order. I was impressed by the robot, but felt like I couldn’t have a full understanding of my order before placing it. Overall, I got the MVP $5 meal and the food was fantastic. I got the double burger, fries, apple pie, and a Coke Zero. I would recommend trying this place out.

  Food at this Rallys is always on point. The AI ordering could use some more Natural Language Processing training though.
