  This brown street location is terrible. Every single time I order from this location they are extremely rude to me because I spend $35 on chicken noodle soup 2 bowls and a sandwich and I have asked them if I could have a little less juice and more noodles and because I asked them they always treat me terribly now. And I again got two bowls of chicken noodle soup this morning. And I am not exaggerating in any way shape or form I just spent $35 and both of my bowls of soup had two spoons of noodle/chicken/veggies.

  We were unpacking our online order we had just picked up for a picnic and were saying, this looks delicious. Why have we stopped going to Panera? Then, we got to the bottom of the bag and part of the meal was missing. Oh well, that happens. We went to eat our soup and even though we had checked the box for plastic ware, no spoons. The food we did receive and were able to eat was good. I'm just disappointed in the service quality. Long story short, I would go again but I wouldn't leave without confirming all the details of the order.

  I literally said no meat in my sandwich and they put meat in there. The order receipt also said no meat and they still put meat in there. There was no addition of cucumbers or tomatoes. I understand mistakes can happen, but how hard is it to READ PROPERLY what an order has written with instructions of what to put and what not to.

  Dirty and poorly run is not what you normally associate with Panera’s but that’s exactly what this one is. Needs a major facelift all around.
