  The employee named heavenly needs fired. I need corporate to contact me. The manager Christina is no help and just makes excuses while her employees try to fight customers after my order was made wrong 3 different times and then the dirty employee touched my food with no gloves and got mad when I asked for it to replaced. Then when more food was wrong made me throw away my kids burger and gave me a refund and said enjoy your cold food like are you for real.

  this place deadass sucks when it comes to doordashing they forget every damn thing from food utensils sauce that YOU PAID FOR ETC and doordash sucks to the point where they don’t give refunds….. don’t deliver from here or you'll be out food and your money 🙂 and i wasn’t going to make a review but this is the second times this has happened

  My wife ordered a Quarter Pounder, it took 10 minutes to get it completed. Order person said to me, "got a fresh quarter pounder nearly done, pull up to park". I said OK. It took 10 minutes to get our complete order of my 3 regular hamburgers, 2 fries, 1 shake and my wife's quarter pounder. When we got home 10 minutes later, she showed me her quarter pounder so-called "freshly made" was rather RARE and hardly cooked at all. No no no no McDonald's on Linden Ave in Dayton, Ohio.....you lost a customer or two this time around and "freshly made" do NOT mean rare barely cooked hamburgers or meat products at your place. Cook your food COMPLETE or is that TOO HARD TO DO?????!!!! My fries were cold, but shake was alright. My burgers were cold too and I ate one on my way home. Lucky I do not take this higher up or contact the county health department. We'll eat at a rival place instead now.

  Yea I got one for the day manager tomorrow.... The guy is so professional and polite and speaks with a genuine manner. The lady....she treats the job like a HS classroom frankly ... Sarcastic fake niceness ..and immediately gossips into the headset moments after walking away....like we see you She needs to be explained to what holding your composure is and taking the job more seriously. When I was standing between doors (because I waited to see how bad she'd be) she got so ridiculously loud whining and complaining about the card usage.... For her sake and customers....do some training sessions with her...
