  We had a frustrating experience at this McDonald’s location in Dayton. Our order included multiple kids’ meals, and several items were missing when we received it. When we returned to have it corrected, the situation became unnecessarily difficult. Instead of resolving the issue fully, the staff member argued with us about what was missing and only wanted to partially replace items—even though the mistake required us to make an extra trip back. The most concerning part was the lack of professionalism. When we asked for her name, she refused to provide it and claimed she did not work at the store, which was confusing and unacceptable. This turned what should have been a simple fix into a negative experience, especially for our kids. We expect better customer service and accountability.

  Went at 5:30am to get a coffee I ordered on the app. I got my receipt and went to the second window and the manager on duty said she couldn't make it because she hasn't cleaned the machine yet. Why would you not have it cleaned before the time everyone would want coffee?

  I went here the other day. I ordered 2 cheeseburgers, a double cheeseburger and used the McDonald’s app to get a free large fry. In total under $9 for 3 burgers and a large fry. Not bad. Food tasted like McDonald’s.

  Me and my girlfriend were on our way to go donate plasma so we stopped in to get something small to eat so that we could donate but everything we got was amazing
