Update: 2nd Visit I decided to give this steakhouse bar and grill another chance, hoping my first experience was just an off night. While there were a few improvements, the food still did not meet expectations. This time, the service was noticeably better—staff (Jacob and Mgr on duty) was attentive, friendly, and more accommodating, which I truly appreciated. However, the main issue remains the food. My steak arrived undercooked and bloody, far from what I had requested. They did attempt to make things right by taking both ribeyes back to cook the blood out and also bringing out two baby lobster tails instead of 12 oz one, which was a nice gesture since the one from the first visit was very salty. At this point, while I can acknowledge the improved service, the consistency and quality of the food are still lacking—especially for the price range. I really wanted this place to redeem itself, but it still missed the mark.

The food was awful, the salad bar looked under stocked, none of the items had no real flavor it was bland to me and the party l was with, the lobster Mac and cheese was salty and watery it was more like a soup., the service was lack luster, we had the worst table, we keep repeatedly asking for our menu items that were left of the order, the meats that were passed around we kept getting the scape cuts because we keep getting served last after everyone got choice cuts first..we asked for the manager she never came we were there almost 3 hours it was the worst dining experience for my first time it ruined my entire birthday dinner...and we got no compensation back...So when we finally got the check at asking multiple times we just paid and let...I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! unless you like bland food and poor service.

Really nice suburban shopping center steak experience. The food is really good and good staff. Very pricy but held up to the price point.

Viewing the menus and the prices would lead you to believe this is going to be a great experience you would expect at a Ruth’s Chris or Capital Grille. Unfortunately they failed on pretty much all levels. The food was barely mediocre, the service was almost nonexistent. On top of that we originally booked an experience for a 5 course meal with wine pairing that was going to be $150 per person. We arrive to find that it’s community style open seating in a private room where we would have to share a table with 6 other random people. I double and triple checked my reservation and that was not mentioned or made clear at all. Overall a complete disappointment. We will very likely not return.

I heard so many good things about this place and I was very disappointed. I placed a $200 for pickup and got an estimate for a pickup time. I received no notification letting me know when it was actually ready. I showed up ten minutes before the due time and my food was already sitting there ready. After getting out to the car, I started going through the bags and noticed about $65 of food was missing from my order. It's kind of on me for not checking in the restaurant, but I figured that this was a higher echelon of care and service than I would expect to receive at a fast food restaurant. Once I got my food, I was literally flabbergasted at the small portions I received for the sides when they were each $15-20. Cost aside, the flavor and presentation let a lot to be desired. My $50 filet was well done when I ordered medium rare, my kids all received over cooked salmon that lacked any real flavor. The spinach served with the salmon was supposed to be steamed and, I assumed, seasoned but, sadly, it was just raw spinach leaves. My wife ordered chicken tenders and they were the smallest I've seen in my entire life. The mashed potatoes tasted like instant potatoes. The carrot cake was uninspired and the brownie would have made Betty Crocker roll in her grave. The macaroni and cheese and the au gratin potatoes were good, but not enough to save this horrendous meal. In summary, this place is unnecessarily overpriced and tremendously overrated.
