  I asked for a double cheese burger with BBQ and mayo, I got 1 and a half burgers 🙄 Didn't realize it was hard to make a whole burger and there mayo on the top and bottom, I didn't want extra mayo so why the extra mayo minus half of one of my burgers? This is why I hate order food or going out for food, people want payed more but can't even make a simple burger.... Beyond pathetic

  Flo, He assisted me with polite, respectful, and efficient customer service, even while managing a stressful situation.   This is our "go to" stop on our trips between SC and Indiana. The food is always great (especially the fries). The parking is a bit awkward but there is plenty of it. Only 5 minutes off of 35 - early on/off. It's clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

  Placed online order at 6:15pm. Didn’t get my order until 6:50pm. Arrived at 6:20 and gave my name and the employee said it would be a minute. After 15 minutes I asked again and they couldn’t find my order. Then they said the ticket never printed out. During the 30 minutes I waited for a mini bacon cheeseburger and fries, I saw a female employee grab a male employees buttocks which seemed to make him uncomfortable. I saw another employee clean a mess on the floor with his gloves hands and then proceed to continue to prep fries without changing his gloves. The manager told the team about the dirty bathroom in detail while we all waited. The drink machine was broken and there were no carbonated beverages. And the floor in the dining room and behind the counter was dirty with trash and spilled drinks. Manager apologized and offered me a free drink. But my meal was supposed to come with a drink so he offered a milkshake but I wasn’t going to wait for it. Never coming back to this location again. First time and last time.
