    The Webdy"s on Wayne ave is my favorite. The workers and managers give it there all. They are also very kind to who ever xomes to there store. They really pay attention in not messing up an order or getting it wrong. When they gave, you gave no problems getting it corrected

    The manager Chataune McLemore was very understanding and made sure we left the store with a smile. Also Chris the crew member was very helpful bagging up our food fast amd timely and made sure we didn’t miss any items. They are always greeting us with smiles

    I feel like a glutton for punishment when I come to this one. It's the closest one to my house, and I love fries and a Frosty, but this location isn't it. Staff is hit or miss on whether or not they're going to be rude. Order is usually wrong or missing things and it's hard to tell before you pull away because of how they pack the bag. Never in the drive thru for less than 10-15 minutes, no matter what time of day, and the food is usually cold.

    The staff was totally rude — they interrupted me five times while I was ordering in the drive-thru and ended up giving me the wrong food. Then they talked badly about me, closed the window on purpose, and were very unfriendly. In the end, when I asked for my correct order, they gave it to me cold and didn’t even warm it up. This was my second visit to this Wendy’s, and the staff is just too rude and disrespectful. I’m not from here and might have had an accent, but that’s no reason to insult me.

    Terrible. Not 24/7 at all. Your worker last night forced me to cancel my order in the middle of the night. He said because truck was there they are closed for an hour every Thursday and Sunday. I asked him so I shouldn’t come here those days and he said no you have come through too late and I said sir you guys are 24/7 I didn’t think I was “coming too late” and he made me feel bad about coming to this Wendy’s. He told me people don’t ever give them time to switch over and I said sir I have no clue what time you switch over I’m sorry I just wanted something to eat. He told me on my mobile order he didn’t have bowls for ANYTHING, no frostys, no bacon, no nuggets, no burgers, no fries. He told me he could put food in a loose bag and bring it to me. He told me if I don’t cancel my order I’m pretty much getting a bag of random food. I asked when they’re reopened and he told me after 4 am, IT WAS 2:30 AM IN THE MORNING. SO YOU WILL BE CLOSED FOR AN HOUR AND A HALF?? You need to change your signs and make them not 24/7. You need to shut your lights down when your workers are gonna tell people “we’re not closed but we’re actually closed and can’t tell anyone.” Awful. Awful service. He said it “takes 15 minutes” yet told me not to come until after FOUR AM when I was there at 2:30. This Wendy’s false advertises. I’ll be taking it up with the corporate line. Closed for 2 hours when you’re 24:7 you need to change your signs. He wouldn’t let me talk to the manager because she was “too busy”
