  I am beyond thrilled with my experience at this Wendy’s location. I went here around 1pm for lunch and I ordered the $6 biggie bag double stack. The 2 patties were very fresh and flavorful. I also swapped my drink with a choclate frosty. The worker filled my frosty up to the brim! I was also given 3 bbq sauces with my meal, which was more than enough! Some locations are stingy with sauce amounts and even charge extra, but not this location! I am thrilled with my experience. One of the best Wendy’s locations I’ve been to thus far!

  I ordered a chicken wrap. That was one of the worst I have ever tried to eat.. I was in a hurry so I didnt get a chance to look at my food before I left. The wrap was put together so badly ,that the whole thing fell apart as I opened upthe wrapper. The wrap apart itself was torn and ripped so it would not have stayed together if 9t was wrapped right. The chicken was its been sitting out for too long dry the cheese had changed colors was . I'm not sure about the lettuce and sauce cause I couldn't ran it to try and eat it. I had to just put it back in the bag and throw it away. I have had these a few times at n other locations and they have been great.Oh and the fries were good ,thank God cause I was starving atm. But won't go back to this location

  I came to this location on February 15, 2026 at around 10:40PM. I ordered a #6 large combo with an orange fanta. I had to wait around 40 minutes to get my food and the combo was not a large. I also requested no mayonnaise and tomatoes on my sandwich. They only removed tomatoes, my fries were not a large sized but my drink was as shown in this picture. (I already ate the fries since its no big deal but I thought I’d leave this review.)

  Just Very Unprofessional as Usual Fries Were Cold staff was very uncoordinated like my experience was bad the Brandt pike location definitely needs help

  The food was hot and good. The customer service was not. The kid at the register didn't know how to use the register no one was helping him. The manager or team lead in the Grey sweatshirt was rude dropping bags of food on the counter without the order being complete. Their was no communication between employees to know where food was goin to who it was going to also can hear team members coughing very loudly. Seen a team member put food in a fry basket without using gloves.
