They take one order at a time and will not take next order until the car before you pulls out of the window. They run out of chili, they run out of Frostys. They randomly lock the doors so no one can go inside. I would give them -10 for service if that was an option because the one time I said something the entire crew grouped up in the window like this is their social life or something. This place has went so far downhill it should be closed because the last four or five managers have made zero difference.
