  Ok got dave double that was so salty a snail would of died if liked the patty. And soo dry i can use it as a sole replacement for my shoes. To make it more interesting the lights were broken or off, so that no customers can stop by aka pretending closed.

  This place is a joke!!!! Service is terrible!!!’ They don’t care about their customers… I went to the drive through had wait 15 min and there was no one in-front of me inside. They told me they can’t help me. I asked them if anyone works here and some lady said she cannot help me after 15 min waited to order food. Then I left..

  I work at the Jiffy Lube down the street and I frequent this location for lunch and every single time I’ve been the staff have all been exceptional. Food is always correct, the employees are super nice and the managers are very friendly. I’m getting a new job and I pray that I work close to a fast food place as amazing as this one

  So, so weird at this Wendy's. I will pull up to place orders in the drive thru in the evenings (7pm, and on) and sit, sit, sit with NO response. You can drive by as you leave & see employees standing around, arms crossed, talking inside, or sitting in the dining room socializing...projecting no convern, or care for providing service. Additionally, it is 10% great, and 90% "ehh" most of the time with the food. My family's last Saturday(11/1/25) aftenoon Lunch Order's burgers were dried out, old, not fresh other than the condiments on the buns. I am just confused anymore, as I want to support this Wendy's, but if your employees won't serve customers in the drive thru, or serve fresh food, I will need to figure out another burger spot for my family. Also, please try to get the parking lot repaved/asphalted, or repair the bad spots. It looks like a war zone. If you are not going to prepare/server food after 7pm nightly, just close the restaurant down at that time & put notice of hours on your drive thru. Nothing wrong with closing early, if that is your policy.

  This is a review for the 1880 E. Dorothy Ln. Kettering, Ohio. On Friday 10/31/25 I pulled into the drive thru at 9:26pm. I spent the next 40 to 45 minutes trying to place an order and get my food. It started of with pulling up to the menu to order and being told they would be with me in a moment, 7 or 8 minutes later someone came on to take my order. I ordered 2- $5 bags, 1-$7 bag and 1 triple cheese burger meal which amounts to 4 burgers, 3 small fries, 1medium fries, 3 nuggets and 4 drinks. I pulled to the window and paid, then sat at the window for 10 minutes waiting on my order to be given to me, was then told to pull forward even though there was no cars behind me. I pulled forward and sat there for another 20 minutes. One of the employees final came out with 2 bags of food and started to walk away. I stated to the guy who brought my food out that I had ordered 4 meal and was missing all my drinks and come to find out the medium fries. The employee then tells me that he will go get that taken care of for me. About 2 minutes later a lady comes out the door who I assume is a manager/ shift manager and starts to recite my order to me from a receipt. I tried to explain to the lady that I was aware of what I had ordered, but the problem was that I was missing a medium fries and all 4 drinks. The lady then began to reread the receipt to me and at this point I have had all I can take and informed the lady that if she was going to do nothing but argue with me and not get me the food and drinks I PAID for, she could just take what of my order I did get and refund my money. She then just walked away telling me that she was not going to do that and that I would have to come back another time. Now I'm really not one to do google reviews and in fact this the 1st one I have ever done as I work in retails sales and know what it's like to work with the public. I am fully aware of what customer service is, and the Wendy's at 1880 E. Dorothy Lane Kettering Ohio is the furthest thing from it. In all actuality the service at Wendy's 1880 E. Dorothy makes crappy customer service look good. This was by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had and I'm not just talking fast food, the worst customer service period. This Wendy's was so bad, I will not just never got to this location, I will starve to death before I will eat at any Wendy's ever again. The entire night crew working at Wendy's 1880 E. Dorothy Ln. Kettering, Ohio should be fired immediately, the building bulldozed and a better restaurant chain replace it.
