At this point it’s not bad luck, it’s a pattern. This is hands down the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever encountered. The place is filthy, the service is consistently useless, and the food comes out like it was thrown together by people who genuinely do not care if it’s edible. Every visit feels like a gamble, and I lose every single time. What makes it worse is the constant lying. The excuse is always “the computers are down.” That might have worked in 2003. It doesn’t fly now. Systems don’t conveniently crash every night at the same location unless there’s pure incompetence or they just don’t want to work. Everyone knows it, and customers aren’t stupid. Between the trash food, the shutdown excuses, and the total lack of accountability, this location is an embarrassment to the Wendy’s name. I finally promised myself I’m done. I will never step foot in this place again. If this is the standard, this Wendy’s deserves to be avoided at all costs.
