If I ask for avocado ranch and not chipotle; then why is that an iseue. I shouldn’t have to open my bag and unwrap my quesadilla to check, but I guess I should’ve. Because, even after asking and ensuring the screen was correct; the oder was made wrong. This is a training issue and if I was the manager, folks would get a write up and then termination. If customer service isn’t a priority then stop getting jobs where you have to serve customers.

I just left from having to return after the drive through worker gave me the wrong order and then she had the nerve to have an attitude and to be talking trash behind the glass! Of course I’m puseed from having to drive all of the way there! Not to mention how my tacos were just thrown together and cold! Ice cold! They couldn’t even remake it! Nor did they offer! The manager just allowed her to stand there and be rude and disrespectful! Or who ever the guy was! How was she mad when she gave me the wrong food! I was actually far nicer than I should have been! I guess all of that head shaking and bobbing and pointing at the window towards and cursing that she was going was supposed to scare someone!?! I’ll be calling the health department and corporate tomorrow don’t worry! I know the good reviews on here got to be from employees!
