The girl on the intercom snapped at me “HOLD ON HOLD ON YOU WANT CHICKEN ONE SIDE CHEESE THE OTHER?!?” I said yes it for my daughter and she said it just like that very rude! I will be calling a general manager bcuz I understand picky customers as I work in food service myself but all she had to say was they can’t do that. Literally that’s it.. I ended up saying never mind and forgot to get the rest of my order cuz I was so distraught..Never have I been treated like that. I’m not sure who they got working there but they need to re evaluate..all im sayin. The quesadilla was for my 2 YEAR OLD! I’d never be picky for anyone else but her! No matter how frustrated I am I’m not going to snap on someone. You never know what someone has going on so be kind please. 🫶🏼 This was around 445pm today incase a manger does see this. Thank you!
