I walked in never once a simple hello or being recognized. I placed my order on the kiosk in the lobby waited 20 minutes and decided to say something. Which the customer service was so poor . I work with the public myself and couldnt believe this is how a fast food company could treat a customer and to be honest i would not hire people that dont want your company to grow. Thanks for a waste of time. Hope the service gets better. sad you have delicous food but have to deal with bad service.

In each of our previous two visits we have been given a completely different order resulting in a waste of $35. What’s more surprising is that it was not just on either visit.
