All the while the 4 other employees staring at me just plan ignored me after 15 minutes I had to say something to the crew causing them to take even longer on a lux box with a Pepsi I ended up being there for 25 mins b4 I had no choice to cancel my customers order . 1 car in drive thru. No one inside . So why so long . There excuse was they were waiting on chips . 25 mins for chips? Not to mention they were rude. This was Saturday Jan 3rd. Around 330 pm. I will no longer take orders from this store. Nor will I order food from this store. The place was dirty. Unprofessional and all out rude. If I could give this store a quarter star I would. Absolutely ridiculous.

All tables were dirty, the floors had food all over them. The trash cans were overflowing. Food presentation did meet The "Taco Bell standard", thrown together with very little ingredients, wrapped up and tossed in a bag. Not certain how this location passes a Health Dept inspection?
