When they do finally answer, usually they are rude. Once you give them the name of the order you are picking up, they disappear and forget you are there until they have your order...wouldn't be an issue but rarely is it going to be ready. Sometimes I've even been forgotten about. Drive through always takes priority. Always workers either not working or doing something other than preparing food. Any questions about order ETA are met with rudeness and/or blank stares. I have a hard time accepting orders from this store anymore. It just keeps getting worse.
