After 15-20 mins enquire about order, told that it's not been made yet. Waited for next 10 mins. Again asked for order and told that we are on the way to airport. Nothing! Ware slow. After 15 more mins we left with out our order. Total order of $10 so not that it's complicated needed time to prepare. Just frustrated!! And there is no customer care so not getting my $10 back.

You can be the only person there and it will still take 15 minutes for 3 to 5 items to be prepared. Unfortunately, this is not a one time experience. This is a regular and consistent basis.
