I called the store at 8:30 to ask for an update and I was on hold for 10 minutes before hanging up. My pizza didn’t arrive until 8:52, almost 2 hours after placing my order. I understand it can get busy, but I did not receive any updates about my order, nor was I physically able to reach out to the store to see what was going on. I wouldn’t have minded so much if someone would have reached out to be w/ an update. It seems like there’s a serious management/staffing issue at this location. When I received my order, my food arrived cold upon delivery. Also, when I received my root beer I noticed it was expired. It makes me question the expiration dates on their other products and ingredients they use. I’ve tried reaching out to Pizza Hut’s support team to request a refund, but I have not been able to get in touch with anyone via email either, it’s very disappointing.
