  I ordered a pepperoni pizza from this new location on 2/25 I am pissed about how people would treat your food when you spend your hard working money. Despite how I received, my pizza the manager was pleasant

  So idk what’s going on. But here lately when I order delivery from this store. It takes a long time. As you can see from the photos and the time is now 9pm. I’m still waiting when I call they said it should be here soon. Last time my order was super cold and I know it was taking a while because of the snowstorm, but the roads are clear now I live less than three minutes away from the store driving that is. If it was not for the fact I had knee surgery I would drive myself there to get are order. I order this at 7:35 pm it’s still not here and last time I had order something I had missing items and was not given a refund for the items papa John’s is my favorite pizza place that offers delivery service but this is getting ridiculous i guess I’ll have to stop offing from here until I can go pick it up myself

  Waited in the drive through line for a little min. Only to go inside and ask if it works. It does asked why I was missed. Response was they were having a difficult night. 3 to 4 orders where not delivered properly. The lady driver was stuck in the snow...don't know how that worked out. But got my pizza and ummmm idk won't be back there for a while. Even Mikey wouldn't eat it smh. My son but that's not his name.
