- DED EdgeOct 16, 20252.0Placed a mobile order. Was told to park in spot 3 and they would bring it to me. I waited for over 10 minutes. Some guy tried to hand me an order that wasn’t mine. He went back in and my food never came. I called the store from my car and they said they gave my order to someone else by accident and had switched the grill so they couldn’t make my order. They couldn’t refund it because I used the app. They said I could come in for a cash return but my lunch break was over and I had to get back to work. They literally just left me sitting out there knowing they weren’t bringing me food. Idk how long it would have been if I hadn’t called.cant even file a complaint because I don’t have a receipt.
