You have to wait forever for someone to acknowledge you. Whatever happened to customer service skills with people. Anyone could have helped me. So frustrating.

Well, I gave them my code and it didn’t work. I even showed them the code and what it said when I got to the window. They gave me no options nor fixed the problem on their end. Any other McDonald’s promos it off when this happens. Absolutely terrible service. I shouldn’t have to pay for a sandwich that I have a code to get it free because of a reward. Do better.

The poor minors in the red hats looked clueless .instead of yelling at your crew where customers can hear you how about strategie on how to work threw the fast pace environment and process things successful. Food is to expensive to have to wate 17 mins for a remake sandwich when the rest of my food is now.cold now .stop making excuses that customers don't want to hear and just fix the problem
