The lady....she treats the job like a HS classroom frankly ... Sarcastic fake niceness ..and immediately gossips into the headset moments after walking away....like we see you She needs to be explained to what holding your composure is and taking the job more seriously. When I was standing between doors (because I waited to see how bad she'd be) she got so ridiculously loud whining and complaining about the card usage.... For her sake and customers....do some training sessions with her...

They'll want to fight you after their shift if you expect any kind of customers service or food in 20 minutes or less. Take the feedback and learn to communicate instead of wanting to fight. Low class. I should have listened to the customer who walked out after waiting 20 minutes who told me the staff basically weren't working and dragging out orders that should take five minutes. When I worked at McDonald's we would have never thought for a second about going at a customer like that. Sad state of things these days.
