  Ordered delivery, I received the wrong drink two times in a row. My toasted sandwich had something spilled on it so it was wet.

  I’ve ordered delivery from this location at least 10 times. There is nothing freaky fast about it; on average it takes an hour for delivery. I also have no idea when I ask for napkins why they only provide 1!

  This location is amazing!! They gave me the wrong chips, which normally would just be okay but I’m currently pregnant and I was craving BBQ chips. I called to let them know that they delivered the wrong chips, they apologized and brought me the correct chips right away. Their employees are always very friendly and kind! So thankful that this store is right down the road from my work because they have excellent customer service!!!

  I ordered my food to be delivered at 10:30am. It’s now 10:52 and no food. Called….. they said dudes on a bike and will be here soon. Why would y’all say for delivery at 10:30 knowingly you wasn’t gonna make it until after 11. Didn’t offer me anything but a refund. Acts like they just don’t care about they customers!!!!!! It’s 10:54. No food still!?

  They should try to be open for later hours, especially when there are nearby performances, so people can grab a bite to eat before the show, instead of closing at 6! For the Loft Theatre show, the doors open at 6:30 for a 7:30 performance. Would be nice to get an item to eat there, or to-go to be able to eat at the tables in the Loft lobby.
