  I love Jimmy John's! But this last visit i was disappointed 😞 I ordered a tuna club at it was delicious but they skipped on the tuna this time. There was barely any on there and the bread overpowered the sandwich. I will still go back but next time I will ask them to put enough on there to taste the tuna this time, lol.

  Sandwich was made incorrectly a couple weeks ago and spoke with the store manager. Store manager wrote my name down and when I went today at 8:20pm. The manager Josh said he can't do anything about it. They don't wrote names down. He stood cowardly behind Jake and did not present as a manager. Totally handled the situation horribly. A manager is supposed to rectify a situation. Possibly the wrap I ordered that was incorrect could gave had meat in it like ordered and this xould have been avoided. Josh has no business being a manager the way he spoke with me. But no worries I went jersey mikes. Leaving this review was worth the 10 meatless wrap. Do better.

  Freaky fast 💨 is a bust. I have been waiting an hour. Stilllll waiting… I even called and was told the driver was on the way. This location is two streets over my from office. This isn’t the first time this delivery has been as issue. Fix your processes and fix your slogan please!
