    You ever walk into a place of business and immediately feel like the employees couldn't care less that you're there, and a general vibe of something feeling "off"? Yeah - That was my experience. Honestly, I'm amazed and how easy it is for a business to sour someone's impression of them, when it truly takes a near-Herculean effort to win them over. From the moment I ordered, the two people currently behind the counter just seemed like I wasn't wanted. Didn't order much - but I ordered sandwiches for my family and I. The guy taking my order - I don't know - couldn't even look me in the eye, and barely indicated that my order was paid for and that it was being worked on. Then the guy making the sandwiches? He had comments for anything and everything. Not worth posting them here. And while nothing offensive, I would definitely characterize it as lacking professionalism. The moment that seemed to bring it all to a fine point: After being given my multiple sandwiches - laid out in a row - The guy working points to a stack of bags, and tells me to bag my sandwiches myself. Was that a hardship? No - I can bag my own stuff. That isn't the issue. The issue here is customer service. I walk into a place of business, and I have a basic level of service that I expect. I don't think I'm being unrealistic in my expectations. Here's what I know for sure: There are three other Jimmy John's in the area besides this one. I don't ever have to come back to this one. And I fully intend to not return to this one. The staff that works there doesn't want me to come around? No problem - I took the hint, and I will be happy to oblige. And given the current 3.8 average star review, maybe the owner should think about showing up and actually acting like they care about their business. Too late for it to matter to me, but maybe the next customer will have a better experience.

    If I could give 10 stars to all I would! Great staff, fantastic food and atmosphere! Thanks for a winning lunch! We'll be back for sure!

    Go to Jersey mikes. I have never been to a jimmy John’s and I understand why. Overpriced is an understatement, was nothing special by any means, sub was lacking turkey, maybe they were running out. I’m not sure how they are still in business.

    Food was good. I tipped 20% on top of the delivery charge. They had an Uber driver delivery because they had no drivers. They kept the delivery charge and the tip. I had no cash for the delivery driver. Thats not cool. Do not tip this location.
