I heard so many good things about this place and I was very disappointed. I placed a $200 for pickup and got an estimate for a pickup time. I received no notification letting me know when it was actually ready. I showed up ten minutes before the due time and my food was already sitting there ready. After getting out to the car, I started going through the bags and noticed about $65 of food was missing from my order. It's kind of on me for not checking in the restaurant, but I figured that this was a higher echelon of care and service than I would expect to receive at a fast food restaurant. Once I got my food, I was literally flabbergasted at the small portions I received for the sides when they were each $15-20. Cost aside, the flavor and presentation let a lot to be desired. My $50 filet was well done when I ordered medium rare, my kids all received over cooked salmon that lacked any real flavor. The spinach served with the salmon was supposed to be steamed and, I assumed, seasoned but, sadly, it was just raw spinach leaves. My wife ordered chicken tenders and they were the smallest I've seen in my entire life. The mashed potatoes tasted like instant potatoes. The carrot cake was uninspired and the brownie would have made Betty Crocker roll in her grave. The macaroni and cheese and the au gratin potatoes were good, but not enough to save this horrendous meal. In summary, this place is unnecessarily overpriced and tremendously overrated.

I've never ordered on line before and I probably won't again. I had two $50 gift cards and spent at least 45 minutes entering and re-entering these cards. The website recognizes the amounts on each card but you try to finalize the order it errors out. I eventually had to place two separate orders for it to work. My order was for curbside pickup. After waiting 10 minutes I went inside. I asked for my two curbside pickup orders and one hostess asked the other "do we have curbside pickup?" So, my food had been sitting there getting cold and no one would have ever brought it out. The whole experience was beyond frustrating!
**UPDATE** Flemings Steakhouse reached out to me via a personal phone call. We discussed my complaints and how things could change within their structure. They were aware of some things and already working on them and also open to my suggestions. I can't express how much this means to me and impressed me. I had reached the point where I thought there wasn't a business left that actually cared about their customers. Thank you Flemings!

Dinner at Fleming’s yesterday was a 10/10. Their Prime Steaks are unmatched in Dayton, and those Fleming’s Potatoes live in my head rent-free. 🥔🔥
The vibe is classy, the drinks are excellent, and the service is always professional and attentive. It’s easily our favorite spot for a "treat ourselves" kind of night! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My wife and I used to come here all the time, especially for tomahawk Tuesday (which is an unbeatable deal for what youre getting). Service is top tier, along with the atmosphere and food

The food was prepared well and the chef could work with my food allergies. They had a Valentine's Day special. Asked for a wine not on the wine list and they did have it, so it does not hurt to ask.
