  This was easily one of my favorite places I have tried we had a bad time trying to get reservations anywhere else and we saw flemings was open the latest we got in the car we drove there and we got a booth and let me just say the meal was 11/10 cooked to perfection and the waiters were super nice I definitely recommend trying one of the meals it was an experience of a lifetime

  Had dinner and drinks tonight on New Years Eve. Absolutely the best meal ever! We enjoyed the Filet Mignon, cooked perfectly the way we ordered it. Seasoned to perfection! My husband had the lobster tail and filet and we shared the cheesy potatoes and asparagus. We had the cheesecake for dessert and also the carrot cake. Would give 10/10 stars!! Service was excellent as well. Chandler was our Waiter. Couldn’t have been any better! We can’t wait to come back soon! You guys absolutely outdid yourselves!

  I took my wife to Fleming's last night to celebrate her birthday. It was disappointing compared to prior dining experiences at the restaurant. She ordered the barbecued salmon with mushrooms, and I had the beef short rib entrée. We also had the Fleming's potatoes side dish. My wife said her salmon was OK, but not like she remembered it. My 2 short rib pieces were warm at best, with an unusual mealy texture - and quite dry. There was not much sauce on the plate at all. I did request and receive extra sauce on the side, but it was delivered cold - clearly from a refrigerator. My mashed potatoes were also not very hot. The Fleming's potatoes were Very good and no complaints about the temperature. We've been away from Dayton dining for a number of years and had decided to visit some of our old favorites. We may give Fleming's another try, in the future, but will probably dine at a few other restaurants we remember and a few new ones.

  My wife and I came here to celebrate our second anniversary, and Fleming’s in Centerville made the night unforgettable. The food was outstanding, the service was professional and warm, and the atmosphere made the whole evening feel special. We don’t get many nights out since we spend most of our week running Island Express Movers, helping families move around Dayton and Columbus. So it really meant a lot for us to slow down, enjoy an incredible meal together, and recharge a little. The staff took great care of us, and everything from start to finish felt top-tier.   Take this with a grain of salt, as I am comparing this to my experiences at some of Chicago's better steakhouses (and I understand that the options are limited in a smaller city like Dayton). However, my steak was quite disappointing. I chose one of the most expensive options available, and it just didn't compare in any way to the similarly priced cuts from other restaurants. The cocktail list was similarly uninspired (and I'm not a wine sommelier, so I can't comment on the wine options). This place was similar in atmosphere, value, and quality to a place like Gibson's—a decent experience but nothing to write home about. I think I'd be less disappointed in my experience (even at the same price point) if they didn't purport to be "fine dining" or a "high-end" steakhouse.
