After 15 minutes I asked again and they couldn’t find my order. Then they said the ticket never printed out. During the 30 minutes I waited for a mini bacon cheeseburger and fries, I saw a female employee grab a male employees buttocks which seemed to make him uncomfortable. I saw another employee clean a mess on the floor with his gloves hands and then proceed to continue to prep fries without changing his gloves. The manager told the team about the dirty bathroom in detail while we all waited. The drink machine was broken and there were no carbonated beverages. And the floor in the dining room and behind the counter was dirty with trash and spilled drinks. Manager apologized and offered me a free drink. But my meal was supposed to come with a drink so he offered a milkshake but I wasn’t going to wait for it. Never coming back to this location again. First time and last time.
